Q. What time should I arrive for my appointment?
A. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for check‑in and any required paperwork. Arriving early helps us keep appointments running smoothly and on time for all patients. If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, however your appointment may need to be rescheduled if there is insufficient time to complete your examination safely.
Q. Can I use my phone or camera during my appointment?
A. To protect patient privacy and ensure a safe clinical environment, mobile phones, cameras, and recording devices are not permitted in our clinical rooms.
Q. What should I do if I am pregnant or might be pregnant?
A. Please inform our clinical staff before your procedure if you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant. This allows us to ensure the safest imaging approach for you and your baby.
Q. Can family members or friends come into the procedure room with me?
A. For X‑ray, CT, and MRI procedures, family members and friends are not permitted in the procedure room.
If you are attending with young children, please ensure you bring someone with you to supervise them during your appointment.
Q. Can someone accompany me to my ultrasound appointment?
A. Yes. For ultrasound examinations, up to two support people may attend with you. To allow our sonographers to focus fully on your care, any additional visitors will be asked to wait in our reception area.
Q. How and when will I receive my results?
A. Once your procedure is complete, our Radiologist will send the report directly to the medical professional who referred you.
If you would like a copy of the report sent to another healthcare provider, please let us know and we will be happy to arrange this.
Q. Who can I speak to if I have questions on the day?
A. Our reception and clinical teams are happy to help. Please speak with us before or after your appointment if you have any questions or special requirements.
Q. Is parking available at your clinics?
A. Parking availability varies by clinic location. Many of our sites offer on‑site or nearby parking, while others may have street or shared parking options. We recommend checking your clinic’s location page or contacting our reception team ahead of your appointment if you have any parking questions.
